The method of forming a digital passport of a complex industrial facility
Abstract
The article presents a method of forming a digital passport of a complex industrial facility. The purpose of the work is to integrate disparate data about the facility (design, operational, technical) into a single information system – the "digital passport", which ensures the updating of information at all stages of the life cycle. To achieve this goal, a review of the current state of research and practice in the field of digital twins and information modeling has been conducted, and requirements for the structure and content of a digital passport have been determined. A step-by-step methodology has been developed, including the collection and digitization of source data, the construction of an informational 3D model of the object, the integration of the model with a database of technical documentation and parameters, and the need to deploy a digital platform for the operation and updating of the passport. The key components of the methodology are the following stages: markup of the source data, decomposition of requirements, compilation of matrices of mutual influence of system elements.
